This year, FAMU celebrates its 80th anniversary. The Czech Centre Cairo is highlighting this milestone throughout the year.
Following the screening of selected FAMU films at this year’s Animatex Festival, another programme of short films will take place in May at ADEF, one of our partner organisations. The selected films address various themes related to mental health.
The programme also reflects our long-term interest in this topic, which we continue to explore in Egypt with our partners through the Safe Spaces project line.
For the screening evening at ADEF, we have jointly selected the following short films:
